How to prepare for a kundalini session
Having a nourished nervous system and finding a sense of inner peace prior to your experience can help you surrender and let go in a safer, softer way.
Work with yoga, meditation or breath work prior to your session
Fast from eating a heavy meal three hours prior to your session
Hydrate with water the day before and before your session
No alcohol, recreational drugs or plant medicines 24 hours prior
No caffeine four hours prior
Be sure you put aside ample time after the session to integrate and ground in nature. This will be nourishing for your body and heart.

It was my first ever time experiencing a kundalini activation and it was so nice to receive this type of healing. Jade and Olga definitely made it a safe space for myself and everyone, it felt like a warm hug as I walked into the temple. As Jade placed her hands on me, I felt the energy swirling from my root all the way up my spine and to my Stella gateway chakra. Definitely felt my heart, third eye and crown vibrating and expanding more.
